Job summary

Qualifications

• One year custodial experience preferred, ideally in a public or school setting.
• Experience with carpet and hard floor cleaning equipment is preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.

Responsibilities

• Clean meeting rooms and offices; arrange desks and chairs.
• Sanitize restrooms and maintain cleanliness of guest rooms.
• Vacuum floors, dust, and clean windows and hallways.
• Maintain and monitor custodial equipment; report repairs.
• Assist with event setup and security checks as needed.
