Legend Senior Living is seeking a Residence Director to lead overall community management and be responsible for day-to-day operations of an assigned residence, including departmental function, goals, and financial performance.

You will ensure excellent holistic care for residents, manage budgets, and lead multiple departments. The role may require evenings and weekends as needed, with ongoing opportunities for growth and recognition.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in an operations leadership role.
• Administrator’s license or state-required certification.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations of all departments (nursing, dining, maintenance, life enrichment, sales).
• Manage community budget and ensure compliance with state requirements.
• Maintain quality, safety, and community outreach programs.
• Assist with move-ins, care plans, and events.
• Promote positive work and living environment; handle after-hours needs.
