Legend Senior Living® is seeking a Residence Director to lead overall community management as Executive Director/Administrator. You will oversee daily operations across nursing, dining, maintenance, life enrichment, and sales, ensuring quality care and financial performance.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in an operations leadership role.
• Administrator license or state-required certification.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing and supervising the operations of all departments (nursing, dining, maintenance, life enrichment, sales).
• Managing the community budget, expense management and compliance with state requirements.
• Maintaining programs such as quality management, safety management and community outreach.
• Assisting department leaders with move-ins, care plans, competitor analysis and special events.
• Promoting a positive work and living environment by resolving concerns in a professional manner.
• Fulfilling other duties as needed, such as Manager-On-Duty on a rotating basis, or being available after hours to ensure the proper running of the residence.
• Communicating effectively with residents and staff.
• Adhering to company policies, procedures and safety guidelines.
