Turning moments into memories for our owners, residents & guests is just one way we are ambassadors for our brand, our property and our community. As a member of our Residential Team, you will use your passion for personalized guest service by providing a warm welcome for our owners, residents, and guest sharing the very best attractions, events and venues our destination has to offer.

What you will be doing:

  1. Identify and document all requests, expectations and biographical information for owner, residents and guest profiles to facilitate creating personalized experiences.
  2. Handling of all resident requests & bookings through email, phone or personal communication & following up within a prompt timeframe.
  3. Review daily arrivals and identify special requirements with the Doorperson, Engineering and Housekeeping.
  4. Act as a liaison for our owners & guests. Greet owners, residents and guests upon arrival, completing the arrival and departure process, all service standards are followed.
  5. Assist with delivering packages and luggage as needed to condos.
  6. Inspection & assets management for condo units and reporting any issues that need to be addressed.

  5. Pay Rate: $33.90 per hour.

Qualifications:

  1. Customer Service experience required; Must possess outstanding guest services skills, sophisticated verbal & written communication skills as well as the ability to adapt to different personalities and situations.
  2. Computer literate in Microsoft Windows/Word/Excel applications preferred.
  3. Ability to adapt to multiple software platforms.
  4. Strong interpersonal, research and problem solving abilities.
  5. Highly responsible & reliable.
  6. Possess a can-do attitude in order to accommodate the random requests & needs of the residents.

Visa Requirements: Must provide proof of eligibility to be employed in the United States of America.
