Job Description

Turning moments into memories for our owners, residents & guests is just one way we are ambassadors for our brand, our property and our community. As a member of our Residential Team, you will use your passion for personalized guest service by providing a warm welcome for owners, residents, and guests, sharing the very best attractions, events, and venues our destination has to offer.

What you will be doing:
  1. Identify and document all requests, expectations, and biographical information for owner, residents, and guest profiles to facilitate creating personalized experiences.
  2. Handle all resident requests & bookings through email, phone, or personal communication & follow up within a prompt timeframe.
  3. Review daily arrivals and identify special requirements with the Doorperson, Engineering, and Housekeeping.
  4. Act as a liaison for our owners & guests, greet owners, residents, and guests upon arrival, complete the arrival and departure process, ensuring all service standards are followed.
  5. Assist with delivering packages and luggage as needed to condos.
  6. Inspect & manage assets for condo units and report any issues that need to be addressed.

Qualifications
  • Customer Service experience required; outstanding guest service skills, sophisticated verbal & written communication skills, and adaptability to different personalities and situations.
  • Computer literate in Microsoft Windows/Word/Excel preferred.
  • Ability to adapt to multiple software platforms.
  • Strong interpersonal, research, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Highly responsible & reliable.
  • Can-do attitude to accommodate residents' requests & needs.
