Unipol is seeking a part-time Customer Experience Advisor at Cotton House, Nottingham, working 25 hours per week (Mon-Fri, 8.00am–1.00pm). You are the first point of contact for student residents, delivering outstanding service and helping create a home-like community.
You will support open days and social events, ensure residents feel safe, engaged, and supported, and may cover at other sites as required. The role requires attendance at the specified workplace during hours.

This role will be based Unipol Student Homes, Cotton House, Radford Boulevard, Nottingham, NG7 3BR.
