Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective interaction with store staff.

Responsibilities

• Implement planograms and merchandising directives accurately and efficiently in various retail locations.
• Relocate and restock products, set up new displays, and adjust shelving according to provided layouts.
• Ensure products are correctly priced, faced, and in-stock, and that promotional materials are properly displayed.
• Collaborate with store personnel to minimize disruption during reset activities and address any on-site issues.
• Conduct post-reset audits to confirm compliance with planograms and report any discrepancies.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area within the store during reset operations.
• Provide feedback on planogram effectiveness and product movement to improve future merchandising strategies.
• Adhere to all company and retail partner safety guidelines and procedures.

• * Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet deadlines.
