Job summary

Core-Mark is seeking a Merchandiser to travel across Montana, supporting our reset team and servicing assigned stores. The role includes pricing, shelf maintenance, and ensuring planograms are followed, with a corporate vehicle provided.

Travel is required; home on weekends. Pays $20.00 per hour with benefits and opportunities for growth within a leading North American marketer of consumer goods.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 6+ months merchandising experience.
• Experience reading and executing planograms.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Able to work in a team and independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong oral and written communication.
• Driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Service assigned stores as scheduled daily.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Provide merchandising, stocking, pricing, shelf facing, stock rotation, and product and shelf cleaning at our customer locations.
• Read planograms.
• Arrange store shelves or display areas as required by each store.
• Monitor potential account problems at the store level and report to Sales and/or Sales Manager when required.
• Maintain safe store aisles.
• Maintenance of assigned equipment.
• Occasional overnight travel.
• Reporting hours to division on provided time sheets.

Position Details;

• This role requires TRAVEL - You will travel throughout the state supporting the reset team (home on weekends).
• Pay is $20.00 per hour
• Corporate car provided
• Cell phone reimbursement or company phone
• Preferred to have a candidate who resides in Missoula, Helena, or Billings

A Brief Overview

The Merchandiser is responsible for pricing and setting customers' stores. The Merchandiser reports directly to the Sales/Merchandising Manager overseeing the geographical area they service.

What you will do

• Service assigned stores as scheduled daily
• Provide excellent customer service

• Associate's Degree/2-Year Technical
