Kforce Inc. is seeking a Reservoir & Production Consulting Advisor to partner with reservoir engineers, asset teams, and executives in the US market.

You will blend technical reservoir expertise with client-facing consulting to help transition from legacy systems to the company platform and maximize business value. The role emphasizes reserves evaluation, production forecasting, decline curve analysis, and workflow optimization across major US cities including Houston and Dallas.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar role or substantial reservoir engineering knowledge.
• Relevant education or training is a plus.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities

Kforce has a client that is seeking a Reservoir & Production Consulting Advisor in any of these major US cities: Houston, Dallas, Austin, San Antonio, Midland area. The successful candidate will serve as a trusted advisor to reservoir engineers, asset teams, corporate reserves groups, and executive stakeholders throughout the customer lifecycle. Summary: This role combines deep reservoir engineering expertise with customer-facing consulting responsibilities. The ideal candidate will leverage experience in reserves evaluation, production forecasting, decline curve analysis, and workflow optimization to help clients successfully transition from legacy systems into the platform while maximizing business value. The successful candidate will serve as a trusted advisor to reservoir engineers, asset teams, corporate reserves groups, and executive stakeholders throughout the customer lifecycle. Key Responsibilities:

• Advise customers on reservoir engineering best practices and workflow optimization


• Support technical discussions related to reserves classification, forecasting assumptions, and production planning


• Guide customers through migration from legacy applications into the company program


• Help customers understand implementation considerations, process changes, and expected outcomes


• Identify project risks and recommend mitigation strategies


• Share lessons learned and best practices from previous implementations

Support implementation of workflows previously managed in systems such as:

• Mosaic


• Aries


• OFM


• Other reserves and forecasting platforms

Provide Subject Matter Expertise In

• Reserves management


• Production forecasting


• Field development planning


• Corporate reserves reporting


• Asset valuation support

Requirements

• To be considered for this position, candidates must have experience in a similar role, or they must possess significant knowledge, experience, and abilities to successfully perform the responsibilities listed


• Relevant education and/or training will be considered a plus

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
