Job summary

Brunel in Spring, TX is seeking a Reservoir Engineer at Advisor II or III level for an on-site, 1-year W2 contract. You will guide the Reservoir Leadership Team, develop plans, mentor engineers, and oversee reservoir simulation studies to support performance optimization.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years in reservoir engineering, experience with ComboCurve, conventional assets and forecasting, and strong mentoring abilities.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Reservoir Engineering in oil & gas.
• Experience with ComboCurve software for type-curve generation, forecasting and analysis.
• Experience with conventional assets, forecasting and reservoir performance analysis.
• Demonstrated mentoring capability and ability to develop junior team members.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance to the Reservoir Leadership Team to help achieve performance goals.
• Advise on maintaining technical standards and engineering excellence.
• Develop plans and programs for the Reservoir Management Team.
• Mentor reservoir engineers in simulation studies and reservoir evaluations.
• Prepare and communicate results in clear written reports and graphs.
