Job summary

National EMR seeks skilled registered nurses to join a reservist cadre for on-demand deployments in emergency response and care settings. Duties include implementing care plans, charting, and coordinating with medical staff.

Reservists may be called to respond to events, travel quickly, and work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed. Ideal candidates hold an active RN license, have at least three years of nursing experience, and are prepared for rapid deployment within 24–48 hours.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a registered nurse.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
• Must have a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite for documentation and reporting.
• ICS courses and related training per program requirements are expected.

Responsibilities

• Understand and adhere to company policies, procedures, and manuals.
• Foster a safety culture; report hazards immediately to chain of command.
• Maintain active status in agency platforms and complete required training.
• Assist in delivering medical services and follow care plans per provider orders.
• Review and update medical protocols in collaboration with Medical Services Division.
• Support transportation of clients to healthcare appointments when needed.
• Maintain MAR documentation and perform routine nursing observations and reports.
• Coordinate with Medical Director and Medical Services Administrator on policy issues.
• Ensure proper inventory of medications and disposal of expired drugs.
• Perform duties with a focus on accuracy, safety, and regulatory compliance.
