Qualifications

• Experience in hotel reservations, front desk, or call center.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming reservations calls, emails, and booking inquiries with professionalism and enthusiasm.
• Convert inquiries into reservations by understanding guest needs and recommending best options.
• Represent Town and Country Resort in San Diego and Tommy Bahama Miramonte Resort & Spa in Indian Wells with confidence.
• Provide accurate information about room types, rates, packages, amenities, dining, recreation, and resort experiences.
• Maximize revenue opportunities through upgrades, packages, offers, and other resort offerings.
• Create, modify, and cancel reservations accurately in the hotel's reservation system.
• Ask thoughtful questions to understand the purpose of each guest's visit and personalize recommendations.
• Maintain knowledge of rates, availability, promotions, policies, and offers.
• Coordinate with Front Office, Sales, Catering, and other departments to fulfill guest requests.
• Handle guest questions and concerns with patience, professionalism, and a solutions-oriented approach.
• Meet or exceed reservation, conversion, upselling, and quality standards.
• Document guest preferences and special arrangements.
• Follow payment, reservation, cancellation, and data-security procedures.
