Town and Country Resort in San Diego is seeking a Reservations Sales Agent to guide guests toward the right destination, room, and experience for their stay. You’ll convert inquiries into reservations and represent both Town and Country Resort and Tommy Bahama Miramonte Resort & Spa with enthusiasm.

The role requires strong communication, a sales mindset, and the ability to manage multiple requests while maintaining guest satisfaction. Weekend and holiday shifts may be required.

Qualifications

• Previous hotel reservations, front desk, sales, call center, or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills and enjoyment of talking with people.
• Confident, personable sales approach; able to recommend without being pushy.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming reservations calls, emails, and booking inquiries with professionalism and enthusiasm.
• Convert inquiries into reservations by understanding guest needs and recommending best available accommodations and options.
• Represent Town and Country Resort in San Diego and Tommy Bahama Miramonte Resort & Spa with confidence and enthusiasm.
• Provide accurate information about room types, rates, packages, amenities, dining, recreation, and resort experiences.
• Maximize revenue opportunities through room upgrades, packages, special offers, and other resort offerings.
• Create, modify, and cancel reservations accurately in the hotel's reservation system.
• Coordinate with Front Office, Sales, Catering, and other departments to ensure guest requests are communicated and fulfilled.
