Qualifications

• 3+ years in reservations, contact center quality assurance or auditing.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Clear written and verbal communication.
• Microsoft Office and strong typing skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Review reservations and guest records for accuracy and policy compliance.
• Correct data errors and duplicate records.
• Track trends and report findings to support team training.
• Maintain bookings and guest profiles in reservation and CRM systems.
