Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and follow-up skills to identify and resolve problems.
• Basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Quality Review: Audit records, transactions, conversations, and system information for accuracy and compliance with Canyon Ranch standards.
• Issue Resolution: Research missing, duplicate, or incorrect information and make corrections in systems.
• Reporting and Improvement: Track recurring errors, prepare quality reports, and share findings with leadership to support coaching and process improvements.
• Systems Support: Maintain accurate guest-related information in PMS and CRM systems.
