Shift Details

• Hours: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
• Availability: Immediate start required.
• Location: Must be local to the Florida Panhandle.

The Role

As a Front Desk & Reservations Agent, you are the voice and face of our brand during our busy afternoon and evening hours. You will handle everything from guest check‑ins and new bookings to resolving complex issues with professional ease.

Requirements

• Industry Experience: Proven experience in the short‑term vacation rental industry is required.
• Communication Mastery: Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle conflict resolution calmly and effectively.
• Detail Oriented: High accuracy in managing reservations and guest data.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency with vacation rental software; Breezeway knowledge is a major plus.
