Job summary

Penny's Adventures is seeking a Reservations Consultant to join our remote team. You will assist clients with booking travel arrangements, provide personalized recommendations, and ensure a seamless reservation experience from start to finish.

Responsibilities include handling inquiries, booking flights, hotels, cruises and vacation packages, customizing itineraries, sharing pricing and promotions, processing changes and cancellations, and maintaining client records while delivering outstanding
