Blackberry Farm, LLC is seeking a Reservations Agent in Maryville, TN to handle phone and email reservations, respond to requests, and maintain accurate guest information. The role requires strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to work a Saturday–Wednesday shift and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities include processing reservations, communicating special requests, maintaining system accuracy, and supporting the Reservations Supervisor with reports and daily tasks.

Qualifications

• College degree preferred but not required.
• 1-2 years of experience in sales and customer service preferred.
• Excellent telephone skills, typing proficiency, computer experience, and strong organizational skills required.
• Experience in Property Management Systems a plus.

Responsabilités

• Accept and enter all phone/email reservation requests promptly and professionally per Blackberry Farm policies.
• Set traces, communicate special requests and relay to relevant team members daily.
• Ensure information about Blackberry Farm properties and activities is accurate on all websites.
• Reserve and track gift certificates and report on their status according to policy.

The Reservations Agent is responsible for ensuring high levels of guest satisfaction while conducting reservation calls, Internet reservations, and replying to information and email requests for all Blackberry properties.

Shift will be Saturday - Wednesday 9:00AM - 5:00PM

Must be able to work Saturday and Sunday

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for accepting and entering all phone/e-mail requests for reservations in a professional and timely manner following all Blackberry Farm, LLC and High Hampton policies for each reservation
• Responsible for setting traces, entering and communicating special requests to the rest of the property and checking these daily
• Knowledge of the history of Blackberry Farm, LLC properties and High Hampton, all activities offered and all other components of the guest experience and ensuring this information is correct on all websites
• Responsible for and able to reserve and sell all gift certificate and track them according to policy for Blackberry Farm, LLC properties and High Hampton
• Assist the Reservations Supervisor with reports and daily tasks as assigned
• Enter accurate demographic information into database for marketing and direct mail projects
• Ensure guest requests are fulfilled and expectations are met or exceeded
• Other duties as assigned
• Must comply with all company policies and procedures
• Regular and consistent attendance is required to perform the essential functions of this position
• Must be able to work well with other Team Members, Managers, and interact with our guests

EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE

• College degree preferred but not required
• 1-2 years of experience in sales and customer service preferred
