Blackberry Farm, LLC in Walland, TN is seeking an Adventure Concierge to help guests tailor activities, spa services, and dining times, while ensuring memorable experiences. • Hotel Front of House operations experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Completes pre-arrival emails and calls before guest arrival to book activities, spa services, and schedule dining.
• Be a point of contact for guests to inform guest of special happenings during their stay and to answer any questions they may have.
• Gathers/tracks guest information and preferences by maintaining the guest database.
• Creates unique memorable experiences for our guests.
• Knowledge of merchandise and be able to help guests with sales.
• Re-stocking Gift Shop floor as needed.
• Have solid computer and various software knowledge: POS, Inventory systems, Excel, Word, Outlook.
• Assist with monthly inventory of shops, storage areas, and satellite retail locations.
• Reviews traces daily and confirms information with other departments.
• Audit activity and spa bookings to ensure accuracy.
• Communicates accurate guest information & preferences to other team members & departments.
• Monitors website content to ensure accurate event information is posted.

The pay rate for this position is $15.00 per hour.

The Adventure Concierge team is responsible for ensuring that all guest activities, spa services, and dining times are booked and that all guests requested expectations are met. The adventure concierge is also responsible for all merchandise sales from the gift shop.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Must comply with all company policies and procedures.
To perform the essential functions of this position regular and consistent attendance is required.
Must be able to work well with other Team Members and Managers and interact with our guests.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITY

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Must have a valid driver's license
• Hotel Front of House operations experience preferred

LANGUAGE SKILLS

• Must be able to communicate effectively with guests, managers, and team members
• Must have excellent verbal & written communication skills

MATHEMATICAL SKILLS

• Basic knowledge and understanding of math
