Job summary

Pyramid Global Hospitality's Arizona Biltmore resort in Phoenix is seeking a licensed Massage Therapist for an on-call role and weekend availability. You will perform massages and body treatments, maintain supplies, and uphold pristine spa standards in a luxury setting.

The ideal candidate has a graduation from an accredited massage program, holds an Arizona license in good standing, and delivers exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Prior experience as a Massage Therapist required.
• Graduate from an accredited school of massage therapy.
• Current Arizona Massage Therapist License - must be in good standing with the Arizona Massage Board.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Passionate about providing exceptional experiences for others.
• Professional
• Prior experience in a resort spa, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform massages and body treatments on guests using safe and professional techniques.
• Maintain an ample inventory of all products necessary to perform all massages and body treatments including towels, sheets, disposable panties, etc.
• Maintain a neat and orderly work area consistent with the high standards of the facility.
• Assist in any and all ways in the spa when not scheduled to perform services.
• Constantly maintain an up to date knowledge of the personal services performed.
• Answer all question related to services performed and products used.
• Perform other related services as assigned by manager.
• Remain on time for work and appointments.

About our property

The iconic Arizona Biltmore is located in the heart of the prestigious Biltmore neighborhood in Phoenix. The resort was named the "Jewel of the Desert" since its opening on February 23, 1929. This gorgeous 39-acre property reopened in May 2021 after undergoing a $150 million restoration. What you will have an opportunity to do

Our beautiful Tierra Luna Spa has a talented team delivering calming and unique experiences to our guests with cutting edge products and offerings inspired by the local culture and surroundings. The spa has 12 treatment rooms (indoor and outdoor), indoor and outdoor relaxation spaces, a cafe, contrast bathing (a hot tub and cold plunge pool), and one of the only freestanding outdoor Halotherapy rooms where guests can boost their immunity and cleanse their respiratory system.

This is a on-call position, availability Friday-Monday is preferred.

Compensation: $5.60 - $5.60
