Job summary

Hyatt Hotels Corporation is seeking a Reservations Agent to support the Reservations function in line with Hyatt’s standards and hotel business objectives. You will handle room reservations, process bookings, and maintain records while delivering courteous service to guests.

The role collaborates with Front Office, Sales and Revenue teams to optimize availability and revenue, ensuring a seamless guest experience. This is an hourly, entry-level, full-time position based in the United States.

Qualifications

• Ideally with a relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism Management.
• Previous experience in Reservations, Front Office or a similar guest service role within the hospitality industry would be an advantage.
• Good communication, problem-solving, administrative and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Computer literacy and knowledge of hotel reservation systems, particularly Opera, would be an advantage.
