Job summary

Four Seasons Hotel Boston is seeking an enthusiastic Reservations Agent to drive room sales and deliver outstanding guest information. You will handle incoming calls, provide accurate details, and coordinate each reservation to ensure guest satisfaction.

The role requires flexibility across mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as the hotel operates 24/7. The position offers an hourly rate and benefits consistent with a premium hospitality employer in Boston, with opportunities for growth

The Role

Are you excited about delivering the best Rooms experience to our guests? This position may be the perfect fit for you! The Reservations Agent is responsible for selling the hotel and providing information to prospective guests, to capture sales from the incoming calls and coordinate details of each reservation to ensure the guest’s satisfaction. As our hotel is open 24/7, 365 days a year, we expect our Reservations Agents to be flexible in working mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Hourly Rate: $31.93
