Job summary

Stone Mountain Pet Lodge in Brooklyn Park, MN is seeking a part‑time Reservation Specialist to join our Customer Service team. Training at the Blaine location. 20+ hours weekly, including weekends and some evenings, to help pet parents plan stays for lodging, daycare, and grooming with upgrade recommendations.

You will handle calls and inquiries, convert them to reservations, and work toward sales targets in a friendly, professional manner.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years inside‑sales or call center experience.
• Excellent communication, both written and spoken.
• Ability to meet goals while delivering great service.

Use your customer service and inside‑sales skills to help pet parents plan the perfect stay for their pets! Stone Mountain Pet Lodge, the North Metro’s premier pet‑care destination, is hiring Customer Service & Inside Sales Specialists Reservation Specialists to join our Customer Service team. You’ll combine warm customer service with consultative inside‑sales skills to help pet owners book lodging, daycare, and grooming while recommending activity packages that ensure a great experience for every pet.

What You’ll Do

• - Handle incoming calls, emails, and online inquiries from new and existing customers
• - Follow a consultative inside‑sales process to recommend upgrades and activity packages
• - Convert inquiries into confirmed reservations accurately and efficiently
