Job summary

NVA Pet Resorts is seeking a friendly Pet Host to be the welcoming face at our luxury pet resort. You will run the front desk, manage check-ins/outs, bookings for boarding, daycare, grooming, and training, and handle phones, emails, and payments with care.

You’ll verify vaccination records, recommend services, and keep staff informed of pet updates. This role requires weekend and holiday availability and comfort with dogs and cats in a fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Do

As a Pet Host, you are the first and last impression of our resort. You’ll run the front desk and lobby while ensuring pets and pet parents feel confident and cared for.

Your responsibilities include:

You’ll also jump in to help the team when needed — which may include handling pets, cleaning up occasional messes, and staying flexible in a fast-paced environment.

• Work weekends and holidays

• Handle dogs of all sizes safely
