Job summary

U-Haul in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Reservation Manager Agent to join a fast-paced team focused on outstanding customer service and dynamic daily tasks. You will support customers, field teams and dealerships with reservations, equipment placement and inventory balancing to meet future demand.

The role emphasizes teamwork, multitasking and proficient use of standard office tools, with opportunities for growth within the organization.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proficient in customer service, time management and multitasking.
• Working knowledge of office equipment such as multiline phones, Word and email.

Responsibilities

• Assist with calls from and to customers.
• Help support field team members and U-Haul dealerships with equipment and reservation management and placement, directing incoming customers' equipment to areas based on customer demand and productivity status to balance regional inventory levels.
• Review reports that aid in effective placement of equipment, customer reservations and contracts.
• Assist with the Company’s U-Box portable storage product.

Reservation Manager Agent Responsibilities

• Assist with calls from and to customers.
• Help support field team members and U-Haul dealerships with equipment and reservation management and placement, while directing incoming customers' equipment to areas based on customer demand and productivity status in order to help balance regional market inventory levels to meet future demand.
• Review reports that aid in effective placement of equipment, customer reservations and contracts that support creating equipment availability and accuracy.
• Assist with the Company’s U-Box portable storage product.

Minimum Qualifications
