Qualifications

• Master's degree in related field with 1 year of related experience, or Bachelor's degree with 3 years, or Associate's with 5 years of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee projects within the laboratory and assume day-to-day operation of lab activities.
• Supervision and ordering of lab supply and equipment in coordination with lab administrative specialist.
• Perform research protocols under direction of lab PI, including bench-based protocols and clinical coordinator tasks.
• Collect, prepare, analyze, log and compile research data.
• Monitor results, detect unusual outcomes, develop modifications and provide data to management.
• Direct and teach others in lab practices, including protocol execution, safety training and compliance.
