Overview

Description: Request Summary. Typical Day in the Role. Purpose of the Team: The team is seeking an entry-level AI Industry Research Analyst to support human evaluation workstreams by collecting and organizing AI-produced presentations and slide edits across industry sectors. This role is hands-on and process-driven where you will configure testing environments on a variety of AI tools, execute structured evaluation runs, and ensure that all outputs are captured, organized, and delivered with precision for evaluation and judging by internal teams.

You will collaborate closely with product, design, and content to ensure that every test run is executed according to plan on time, outputs are meticulously tracked, and issues are surfaced quickly. This position is ideal for someone who thrives on operational excellence, is comfortable with evolving instructions, and enjoys working in a fast-paced, tech-forward environment.

  • Clear and timely communication skills for collaborating with the product team and reporting progress or blockers.
  • Proactive mindset with a comfort flagging issues, suggesting improvements, and ensuring full coverage of assigned tasks.
  • Familiarity with OneDrive, SharePoint, and file management best practices. Experience in content visualization helpful.
Key Projects
  • Remain up to date on new industry insights, releases, and features (including social and community insights); compile and share learnings with cross-functional teams.
  • Configure testing environments in a variety of AI tools following instructions from the product team; update configurations as requirements evolve.
  • Run test prompts through AI tools according to a plan provided by the product team.
  • Capture and save outputs (images, slides, decks, text) in required formats, applying consistent file naming conventions.
  • Organize outputs into the correct OneDrive or SharePoint folders (or in visualization software) for easy access and traceability.
  • Track progress against run lists, ensuring all scenarios are covered and documented.
  • Manage multiple concurrent requests, delivering results within established timelines.
  • Proactively flag system issues and communicate status updates to the product team.
  • Document AI tool evolution and changes that may impact analysis over time.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical or operational field; equivalent practical experience may be considered.
  • 2+ years of experience in a technical operations, research, or production support role (ideally in a software, AI, or digital content environment).
  • Experience with a variety of AI tools and awareness of AI industry insights, news, and evolution.
  • Demonstrated ability to follow structured processes and adapt to changing requirements.
  • Proficiency with Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Experience with cloud storage platforms (OneDrive and SharePoint) and basic file management.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience supporting AI, machine learning, or content evaluation workflows.
  • Basic experience with content visualization software (Figma).
  • Prior exposure to prompt engineering, output validation, or structured testing environments.
  • Comfort working in experimental or rapidly evolving spaces.
