Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a skilled research engineer to turn cutting-edge ML/AI theory into customer-facing software. You will design, build, and maintain production services, APIs, UIs, and agentic evaluators while scaling cloud architectures.

You'll collaborate with talented teammates, gather end-user requirements, and present findings to executives. Strong Python and Linux skills, cloud deployment experience (AWS/GCP), and a security-first mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• Strong abilities with Python and Linux.
• Experience with production cloud deployments (AWS or GCP).
• Kubernetes experience is a plus.
• Experience field-debugging full-stack deployments.
• Solid understanding of security principles and best practices.
• UI and graphic design sensibilities are a plus.
• Author high-quality, low-cognitive-load, fully-tested code - with-and-without AI assistance.

Responsibilities
