Qualifications

• BS degree in a relevant field preferred.
• AALAS certification preferred.
• Two years of related experience in contract research animal facilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform survival surgical procedures on mice, including implantation and euthanasia.
• Record study data in the laboratory information management system.
• Read, understand and adhere to study protocols.
• Perform general study preparation and lab organization.
• Work weekends and holidays on a rotating basis.
• Meet productivity expectations: 150 unilateral NUDE PS/day; 60 bilateral NOG stock/day; 60 bilateral NOG cryo stock/day.
