Job Description

The Lab of Professor Steve Ramirez is seeking a Research Technician to support experiments involving mouse models. The primary responsibilities include conducting stereotaxic viral injection and micro-array implant surgeries on mice, managing mouse colonies, and analyzing imaging data from behaving mice. The goal is to study neural dynamics related to motivation, movement, and learning in health and Parkinson's Disease.

Applicants should have relevant experience in a neuroscience or biology lab working with rodents.
