The University of Arizona College of Medicine – Tucson, Department of Psychiatry, is seeking a Research Technician II to conduct and support human subjects research, adhere to study protocols, and assist with equipment operation and data handling.

The position requires overnight and weekend shifts; visa sponsorship is not available. Eligible benefits include health, dental, and vision insurance, life and disability programs, paid leave, tuition reduction, and retirement plans.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalency required.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
• Preferred: experience working or volunteering directly with participants in a professional setting.

Responsabilidades

• Collect computerized data from research participants.
• Maintain highly detailed records, organize data, prepare data for computer input, and record computer output.
• Review participant records to ensure compliance.
• Support and participate in study recruitment efforts and conduct screening of study participants both online and in-person.
• Use general knowledge to participate in preparing research experimental reports, summaries, protocols, and quantitative results to facilitate data analysis.
• Assist with the operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of equipment, instruments, and apparatuses.
