Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree required (transcript required).
• Four years of combined college coursework and/or work experience.

Responsibilities

• Performs biomedical research tasks.
• Makes a variety of constructs (including Cas9/CRISPR knockouts, mutant signaling components).
• Conducts experiments to satisfy research objectives.
• Grows glioma cancer cells and tests them for their sensitivity to radiation and DNA imaging agents.
• Evaluates effects on various properties of cancer cells in vitro and in vivo
• Communicates with the PI effectively and timely regularly to determine the needs of the laboratory.
• Orders all laboratory supplies.
• Mantains the lab records of research activities.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
