Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Sciences or related field; transcript required.
• Four years of research experience; or Master’s degree with two years of research experience.

Responsibilities

• Designs and conducts in vivo, ex vivo, and in vitro experiments involving viral and bacterial pathogens.
• Maintains cell cultures and microbial stocks; performs titration.
• Analyzes data and formats results for reports and publications.
• Performs immune assays (flow cytometry, ELISAs, histology, immunohistochemistry) and molecular biology techniques (DNA/RNA extraction, cloning).
• Maintains meticulous lab records and experimental protocols; ensures biosafety compliance.
• Oversees day-to-day lab operations, equipment, and supply management.
• Trains new personnel and assists with grants and manuscripts.
