Job Title: Research Technician 1
Department: FAES | Animal Sciences
The Research Technician 1 will support a nutrition study utilizing continuous cultures inoculated with rumen microbiota. This role plays a key part in sample collection, laboratory analyses, and day‑to‑day operations of an active research lab focused on ruminant nutrition. The technician will collaborate regularly with graduate and undergraduate students and contribute to maintaining a safe, organized, and compliant laboratory environment.
This job profile is a Research Technician 1 (T1 level) on the career roadmap.
The offer for this position will fall within this range based on internal equity, unit’s available budget, and the candidate’s qualifications.
