Job summary

AdventHealth in Orlando, Florida is seeking a Clinical Research Coordinator to support subject recruitment, prescreening, and certification maintenance while updating timelines and conducting literature searches.

You will manage data forms, imaging materials, and study charts, ensuring timely submissions. Strong MS Office, medical terminology, and EDC/registry exposure are preferred; teamwork and accurate data handling are essential.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in health science or related field required.
• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare related field, data processing or business preferred.
• Clinical research knowledge and regulatory environment a plus.
• Experience in medical office or research setting is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Assist with subject recruitment, prescreening, maintaining research certifications, updating project timelines, and conducting literature searches.
• Submit and file data forms, imaging, radiology, and laboratory materials accurately and timely.
• Abstract and record essential data, ensure submission within timelines.
• Maintain study charts aligned with protocols and visits.
• Enter and update recruitment information in the database and assist with study close-out.
• Create and maintain accurate files; handle copying, scanning, uploading, and emailing documents.
• Collaborate with staff and participate in protocol training.
• Provide high levels of customer service to research staff.
