Job summary

Southern Research seeks a Study Coordinator to support government and commercial studies by assisting in planning, scheduling, execution, and closure of study tasks. You will compile, manage, and review study data and documentation while collaborating with Principal Investigators and project teams.

This role emphasizes maintaining quality control, timely study progress, and strong communication across internal and external stakeholders in a fast-paced laboratory environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of program/study coordination experience.
• Experience planning, scheduling, execution and closure of studies.
• Experience with Provantis and MS Project or LIMS.
• Strong knowledge of GLP and related study requirements.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Assist in initiation or amendment of studies and drafting protocols.
• Track study progress and communicate timeline changes to teams.
• Prepare data, tables, and graphs for reports.
• Serve as primary Provantis protocol setup contact and support Study Directors/LAR.
• Maintain study records and archive data after study conclusion.
• Coordinate with project teams to ensure timely execution and quality control.
