Job summary

The University of Florida is seeking an OPS Sponsored Projects Non-Clerical position to coordinate day-to-day research activities, schedule participants, and ensure study compliance. You will manage IRB documents, billing, and data in REDCap, under the supervision of the Principal Investigator.

Responsibilities include participant tracking, reminders, equipment quotes, and coordinating exams such as cognitive tests (MoCA, NACC) and functional walking tests.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or an allied health professional degree in an appropriate area and one year of relevant experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day activities and ensure the compliance of specific research studies.
• Serve as a monitor for participant scheduling, reminders, and tracking; update logs and manage supplies.
• Conduct study visits, obtain informed consent, and perform cognitive and functional assessments per protocol.
