Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage day-to-day administrative activities for assigned research studies, including scheduling, documentation, and record-keeping.
  • Prepare and maintain study protocols, regulatory documentation, and compliance files in accordance with institutional and federal requirements.
  • Communicate effectively with research team members, study participants, and external stakeholders to facilitate smooth study operations.
  • Assist with data collection, entry, and management while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality standards.
  • Track study timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure projects remain on schedule and within scope.
  • Support the preparation of reports, presentations, and regulatory submissions as needed.
  • Maintain organized filing systems and databases for study-related materials and correspondence.
  • Identify and resolve administrative issues or discrepancies in a timely and professional manner.
  • Ensure compliance with institutional review board (IRB) requirements and research ethics standards.
  • Provide administrative support during study meetings, training sessions, and site visits.
  • Manage multiple concurrent projects while maintaining attention to detail and quality standards.

Job Description
We're looking for a detail-oriented and organized Research Study Coordinator I to join our Research Administration team in Detroit, United States. In this role, you'll serve as a key administrative professional supporting the planning, execution, and documentation of research studies. You'll work collaboratively with research teams, principal investigators, and regulatory bodies to ensure all studies are conducted efficiently and in compliance with established protocols and guidelines.
