This role sits at the intersection of research, thought leadership, and marketing, offering broad impact across organizations and opportunities to speak at events.

Qualifications

• Extensive UX research experience in product organizations.
• Ability to translate research findings into actionable guidance for teams.
• Proven track record in thought leadership and industry storytelling.

Responsibilities

• Advise and support major research teams across clients and Sprig.
• Represent Sprig at conferences, panels, and industry programs.
• Publish original industry research and thought leadership content.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Product to amplify research impact.
