Qualifications

• A minimum of five (5) years of relevant professional experience, preferably.
• A minimum of seven (7) years of cumulative experience.

Responsibilities

• Support systems configuration, platform upgrades, and maintenance.
• Oversee the department’s knowledge base and develop content.
• Manage collaboration workspaces like Microsoft Teams and SharePoint.

Skills

Knowledge of electronic and print content administration systems

Understanding of bibliographic utilities

Experience with user authentication protocols

Education

Bachelor's degree or equivalent

Master's degree or Juris Doctor (J.D.) preferable
