Latham & Watkins seeks a Research Services Lead – Operations to support development and maintenance of the firm’s discovery platform, knowledge base, and collaboration workspaces within Technology & Information Services. Hybrid/in-office presence is available in Los Angeles, Chicago, or DC.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; master’s or JD preferred.
• 5+ years of relevant professional experience; 7+ years cumulative experience.
• Knowledge of bibliographic utilities and cataloging standards.
• Experience with electronic and print content administration systems and technologies (EOS).

Responsibilities

• Support systems configuration, platform upgrades, and maintenance; design and manage electronic/print content platforms.
• Oversee the department’s knowledge base; collaborate to develop and audit content.
• Manage collaboration workspaces (Teams, iManage, SharePoint).
• Support services including password management, authentication, and migrations.
• Promote effective work practices by collaborating with the team and respecting coworkers.
• Protect and maintain highly sensitive, confidential, and proprietary information.
