Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and optimize research platforms, knowledge bases, and collaboration tools
• Ensure accuracy of catalogues, eLibrary, and research systems
• Partner with tech teams on system upgrades, configuration, and maintenance
• Manage content platforms and audit knowledge resources
• Oversee collaboration tools (Teams, SharePoint, document systems)
• Support authentication, access, and platform migrations
• Drive operational efficiency and cross‑team collaboration
• Safeguard confidential and proprietary information
