Job summary

MERIEUX NUTRISCIENCES in Crete, IL seeks a Customer Care representative to be the primary interface for research services customers. You will set up onboarding, coordinate with labs and project managers, and ensure timely communications while resolving issues.

The role requires 3+ years in customer service within the food/beverage sector, with strong interpersonal and communication skills. A BS/BA is preferred. Base compensation is complemented by benefits and a collaborative, international team.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a customer service role in food or beverage with a BS/BA or equivalent.
• Knowledge of LIMS and CRM software.
• Strong communication and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to coordinate with labs, PMs and sales teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service following company policies.
• Set up onboarding and coordinate communications with labs and PMs.
• Handle customer inquiries by phone and email and document in CRM.
• Assist with billing tracking and invoicing processes.
• Maintain customer data in LIMS and CRM.
