Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Research Scientist for Patient-Centered Outcomes & In-Trial Research to join a leading Pharmaceuticals & Biotech team. The role focuses on guiding patient-centered outcomes and in-trial research to generate meaningful evidence for clinical development and decision-making.

The position blends scientific leadership, qualitative methods, and client-facing project oversight in a collaborative research environment.

Qualifications

• Doctorate in life or social sciences with 3+ years of relevant experience, or a Master's with 5-7 years.
• Experience with CAQDAS such as NVivo or Atlas.ti.
• Proven track record analyzing patient experience data through interviews and surveys.
• Experience managing multiple projects in a clinical research or consulting environment.
• Strong understanding of qualitative research principles and methods.

• Lead scientific innovation and ensure high-quality outputs.

For our client, we are seeking a Research Scientist - Patient-Centered Outcomes & In-Trial Research to join the team of a leader in the Pharmaceuticals & Biotech space.

This role will lead patient-centered outcomes and in-trial research efforts that generate meaningful evidence to inform clinical development and decision-making.

The position combines scientific leadership, qualitative research expertise, and client-facing project oversight in a highly collaborative research environment.

Success in this role will depend on delivering high-quality insights, managing timelines and budgets, and supporting initiatives that improve clinical outcomes and research impact.

Location: Remote

Compensation: $110,000 – $130,000 annually
