Qualifications

• B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Analytical Chemistry, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on chromatography analysis experience (HPLC, GC, or related).
• Proven ability to develop, optimize, and validate chromatography methods.
• Experience coordinating instrumentation clusters and supporting analytical personnel.
• Expertise in troubleshooting chromatography instruments.
• Experience reviewing and interpreting analytical data with MassHunter or similar software.
• Background in CRO/CDMO, polymer/environmental, or pharma labs is beneficial.
• Strong communication and organizational skills, team collaboration.

Seeking an experienced scientist to lead and coordinate chromatography operations, enhance analytical methods, and provide technical support for a variety of chromatography instruments and workflows.

Responsibilities:

• Direct daily chromatography operations, ensuring efficient use and coordination of multiple chromatography instruments.
• Drive improvements to existing chromatography protocols and assist in the creation of new analytical methodologies.
• Lead the planning, execution, and documentation of chromatography method validation activities.
• Establish and maintain quality control, workflow optimization, and preventive maintenance strategies for chromatography processes.
• Offer technical guidance and troubleshooting support to team members on chromatography instrumentation and analytical challenges.
• Interpret, review, and report analytical data, including data processing using specialized software such as MassHunter.
• Support the training and development of staff in chromatography techniques and best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure analytical objectives and project timelines are met.

Qualifications:

• B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Analytical Chemistry, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in chromatographic analysis, including HPLC, GC, or related techniques.
• Proven ability to develop, optimize, and validate chromatography methods.
• Experience managing or coordinating analytical instrumentation clusters and supporting analytical personnel.
• Expertise in troubleshooting and maintaining chromatography instruments.
• Proficiency in reviewing and interpreting analytical data, with experience using software such as MassHunter.
• Background in one or more of the following environments is beneficial: contract R&D or CRO/CDMO labs, extractable & leachable or chemical characterization labs, polymer analysis labs, failure analysis or forensic labs, environmental labs, manufacturing QC labs, academic analytical labs with high throughput, or pharma/startup analytical labs.
• Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.
