Job summary

The role requires strong mentoring and hands-on expertise with HPLC/GC, MassHunter data processing, method development, and QC-driven analysis to meet project timelines.

Qualifications

• B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Analytical Chemistry, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on chromatography analysis experience (HPLC, GC, or related).
• Proven ability to develop, optimize, and validate chromatography methods.
• Experience coordinating instrumentation clusters and supporting analytical personnel.
• Expertise in troubleshooting chromatography instruments.
• Experience reviewing and interpreting analytical data with MassHunter or similar software.
• Background in CRO/CDMO, polymer/environmental, or pharma labs is beneficial.
• Strong communication and organizational skills, team collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily chromatography operations and coordinate multiple instruments.
• Drive improvements to chromatography protocols and develop new analytical methods.
• Lead planning, execution, and documentation of method validation activities.
• Establish QC, workflow optimization, and preventive maintenance for chromatography.
• Provide technical guidance and troubleshoot instrumentation challenges.
• Interpret and report analytical data using software such as MassHunter.
• Support training and development of chromatography staff.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet objectives and timelines.
