University of Minnesota seeks a post-doctoral associate/research scientist with extensive experience in cell biology, molecular biology, and tissue engineering to advance cardiovascular disease modeling using human iPSC-derived cardiac cells and engineered tissues.

Position Summary: We are seeking a motivated and productivepost-doctoral associate/research scientist with extensiveexperience in cell biology, molecular biology, and tissueengineering to join our team. In this role, you will have theopportunity to contribute to broad research projects focused oncardiovascular disease modeling and cardiac regeneration usinghuman induced pluripotent stem cells derived cardiac cell types andassociated engineered tissues.
As a team member, you will be responsible for conductingexperiments and collecting data. You will contribute to thepreparation of research manuscripts for publication and grantsubmissions. In addition to your research responsibilities, youwill play an important role in supervising junior trainees. This isa one-year position with the possibility of extensions thereafter.Visa sponsorship and/or relocation assistance is not available forthis position.

Pay Range: $63,480 - $77,076 ; depending oneducation/qualifications/experience
