UNT Health Fort Worth is seeking a Research Assistant (Scheduler) to support Institute for Translational Research studies on the Fort Worth campus. The role involves coordinating participant visits across interviews, testing, blood draw, MRI, and medical exams, and ensuring smooth check-in processes.

The candidate will work full-time on-site, bring a bachelor's degree, and excel in organization and communication.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution or equivalent.
• Experience in research settings and scheduling preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Schedule participant visits across components (interviews, testing, blood draw, MRI, exams).
• Check participants into the electronic check-in system.
• Coordinate imaging center appointments and manage changes.
• Create blood draw entries and accompany participants to Quest.
• Assist with English–Spanish translation for medical exams when needed.

Bilingual English/ Spanish preferred
