Temple University is seeking a Recruitment Coordinator to lead outreach and participant recruitment for an NIH-funded study in the Social Developmental Neuroscience Lab. The role includes developing strategies, screening participants, scheduling, and maintaining records, all on-site in Philadelphia.

Responsibilities also cover regulatory compliance, IRB documentation, and collaboration with research staff and student assistants to meet enrollment goals in line with study protocols.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree required with at least 6 months related experience.
• Experience in a lab within psychiatry, psychology, or human development is required.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.

• Lead outreach and participant recruitment for an NIH-funded study.
• Develop and implement recruitment strategies and screen potential participants.
• Coordinate scheduling and maintain accurate recruitment records.
• Manage day-to-day communication with participants and track enrollment progress.
