Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree.
• At least 6 months of experience directly related to this position.
• Experience in a lab within a psychiatry, psychology, or human development department is required.
• An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
• Background checks: criminal history review, child abuse clearance and FBI fingerprinting.
• Offer of employment is conditional upon pre-employment drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Lead outreach and participant recruitment efforts for an NIH-funded study.
• Screen potential participants and coordinate scheduling.
• Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities and participant data.
• Manage day-to-day communication with participants and enrollment tracking.
• Ensure recruitment goals are met in line with study protocols and ethics.
• Support regulatory compliance (IRB documentation) and assist with study operations.
